The EWA Heavyweight title belt was crafted by Dave Millican and was patterned after the 1983-1986 version of US Heavyweight Championship, worn by Greg Valentine, Ricky Steamboat, Wahoo McDaniel, Magnum TA, and Tully Blanchard.

It might look like Mr. Florida had the Barbarian almost out with the Bear Hug, as special referee Jimmy Valiant lifted his hand checking for the submission.
